If you have run in to your Robo E4 snapping a nozzle in half, DO NOT simply replace the nozzle and try again or it will continue to happen. Instead, remove the snapped nozzle if you have not already. The below steps will guide you through resolving the issue and will also address being unable to insert a new nozzle without excess force.
Look at the bottom of your extruder assembly. You will likely notice that the little metal pin to one side has become slightly askew:
Power your printer off and unplug it.
Then, use needle nose pliers to carefully realign this wire so that it is equally-spaced with the other wires.
Insert your replacement nozzle.
When you power your 3D printer back on, run a full factory reset. This is available under the "i" menu.
Then, go back through the set-up steps to recalibrate your printer.
This should resolve the issue of the printer snapping nozzles in half. If it does not, please submit a support ticket and let us know you have followed these instructions. Include your printer serial number.
