Updating over Wi-Fi
To update your firmware over Wi-Fi, you first must be connected to the internet. If you are, you will see either an ethernet or Wi-Fi symbol in the top toolbar. Then, you can power the printer off and back on. When it boots back up, it will check for a firmware update. If one is available, you can update using the on-screen instructions.
You can also manually check for a firmware update by clicking on the Info icon. From that screen, click Firmware update to run the test for new firmware. It will either tell you it is up to date or allow you to run an update.
After updating, turn your printer off and back on to implement the changes.
