This 1-minute silent video shows you a few tricks you can try to help remove a stuck-on print.
1. Flex Plate & Use Scraper
2. Slide Dental Floss Under the Print (This works best on prints with a solid bottom.)
3. Use a Clam Knife or Fish Spatula (Sharper objects like these can more-easily slide under prints to get the leverage you need. However, please be careful because they are sharp. These objects are not recommended for use in schools and any use of them is at your own risk.)
4. Freeze it for 2 minutes. (This can help with prints that were unable to removed using the previous 3 methods, but is not as effective, so start with the aforementioned options.)
If your print was stuck on too tight, be sure to recalibrate or adjust your z-axis offset prior to sending your next print. For the Robo E4, go to our Adjusting the Z-Axis Offset article to learn how.
