If your Robo E4 has the black filament guide detached from where it is supposed to connect to the extruder assembly, it typically indicates that a piece of plastic on the top of the extruder assembly has broken off.
You may notice your printer looks something like these sample photos.
While this piece being broken shouldn't impact the quality of your print, you may replace it if you think it may be negatively affecting your print quality. The part is available to purchase from our official parts reseller at this link. If your printer arrived in this condition, please contact us and provide us your printer serial number so we can order it under your printer's warranty.
