If your Robo E4 camera is not working, you may be getting one of the following errors:
RoboPrint: Abnormal connection of camera. Unable to display.
MyStemKits: No camera
First, go into the printer's "gear" menu and then into Camera. Make sure camera is toggled on. If it is, toggle it off and back on.
Please also toggle it off and back on directly in RoboPrint, RoboCloud, or MyStemKits.
You can do those while it prints without messing up the print. This will resolve the issue most of the time. It can take up to a minute to load in any of the interfaces depending on internet speed, so be patient if it is still loading.
After that, if it still isn't showing up, you can power cycle the printer. Turn it all the way off from the back power button. Wait about 10 seconds and then power it back on.
If that doesn't resolve it, it could be a loose wire on the camera interface itself. This video shows you how to access the camera wire. It's the four-wire connection that runs to the screen area.
