Turn the printer off. Then, go through the steps in “Unclogging/Replacing my extruder” to unseat and re-seat the extruder. You should be able to do this without unloading filament first. Power the printer back on. It will ask if you would like to resume print. Click yes to finish printing your current model.
Watch it for the next few minutes and check in on it regularly. If the error message pops up again, you will need to replace your extruder with a new one. Two spares have been included with your printer purchase.
