If you are unable to home your Robo E4 Pro or every time you try to print it ends up grinding against the left-hand side of your printer, you likely have something broken on the circuit board inside your extruder assembly. To test, go into your Tools menu and select "Move." Use the on-screen arrows to see if your extruder can move in all four directions. If it can only move in some of them, you'll need to replace the extruder circuit board. This is covered under warranty, so please submit a support ticket with your printer serial number and an explanation of what is going on so that we can determine your warranty status.
Once you receive the new circuit board, follow along with this article to replace it: Replacing the Circuit Board in the Extruder Assembly.
