Do we need to do extruder calibration again after replacing nozzle?
Yes, do extruder calibration again to ensure high print quality as minimal error may be caused by extruder installation.
How to solve if "temperature is abnormal" error is returned after replacing nozzle?
The "Abnormal temperature" error indicates that the extruder sensor can not be read. Please check that the nozzle is correctly installed. Use your fingers or a pair of pliers to try to push the extruder further up into the housing until you hear a click. The black clips should be flush with the edge of the extruder assembly.
Then, turn the printer off and back on again.
Can we use other brand filament which is not produced by Robo?
Robo E3 support normal ABS and PLA filament but different brand filament have different specifications. We only recommend Robo PLA for best results.
Other brands of filament are allowed but not recommended for using. If that causes extruder clogging or bad printing quality or other failure, Robo will take no responsibility. These problems are not in the warranty of Robo .
