How-to print from a USB on your Robo E3 Pro 3d printer
- Before you try to print from a USB drive, make sure that you have a .gx or .g file loaded onto the drive
- Printing from USB does not work if you try and print a .stl file
- The .stl file must first be run through RoboPrint software in order to output a .gx or .g file to your usb drive. Here is a video on using RoboPrint
If you need to add supports to your model prior to printing, watch this video as well:
- Load the .gx or .g file onto your USB drive
- Place your usb stick into the usb port on the Robo E3 Pro located on the right side towards the front of the machine
- From the main screen of the printer, tap on 'Build'
- Next, tap on the middle icon that looks like a usb drive
- Now, choose which file you would like to print
- Choose 'Build' to print the model
- You can also copy the file to the machine itself, or delete the file off of your usb drive

How can you use Robo cloud to generate the .g or .gx code? I am working from a computer remotely and am not connected to a specific printer. I want to use the software to generate the .g or .gx file, but am getting a message that there are no printers added and therefore cannot download the file.
