E3 Pro: Replacing the Extruder Assembly

This video shows you how you can replace your entire extruder assembly. Before replacing this part, make sure you have tried the unclogging steps available in this article: Unclogging your E3 Pro

For this process, you will need a Phillips-head screwdriver, multiple sizes of Allen wrenches, regular pliers, needle-nose pliers, and a very small flathead screwdriver like you might find in a glasses repair kit.

Overview:
Unload filament & power off.
Remove extruder housing cover.
Remove the red heat shield from the bottom.
Disconnect the three wires coming from the extruder assembly. (1 blue, 2 white)
Release the set screw located just below the extruder circuit board.
Carefully remove the extruder assembly.
Reassemble.
