In RoboPrint, you have to build your supports first. To do so, click “Supports” and then “Auto Supports.” This will allow you to use the auto-generated supports or customize them to your needs. When you’re done, click back and then proceed to set up your slicer settings.
If you are using the old RoboPrint, this menu is at the top. If you are using the new RoboPrint 5, the button is on the right-hand side. We recommend downloading the newest RoboPrint at https://robo3d.com/pages/desktop-software
