Checking order status and tracking number

If you need to check your order status or tracking number for your recent order, follow these steps:

1) Log into your account at robo3d.com and click on the person icon in the top right corner of the site and enter your login information.

2) Click on your account on the top right of the site, and look for the drop down menu item named 'Order History'

3) Here, you will find all of your past orders. By clicking on the Order Number next to your order, it will take you to your full order details for which you are trying to look for information about.

4) Underneath the 'Product' column, there will be a tracking number for your order. You can click on this and it will direct you to the carriers website and give you information on the tracking of your order.
