If you are struggling to connect to RoboCloud because a token is not appearing on your printer screen, it means your printer's firmware is out of date - even if your printer thinks it is updated!
We made firmware updates in August 2025 to all compatible Robo printer models, but unfortunately some of the printers do not realize they are out of date due to a bug with previous firmware versions. You may have to use the USB updating instructions to update your printer. Here are the instructions on how to do so:

Hint, if your Robo E4's screen says http://cloud.... instead of https://cloud.... then you are on an older version. We upgraded our website security to be https and all the printers must be accordingly updated to match.
