I have called , emailed, called, emailed, called, emailed, emailed, called again and again and again. Is there any support from robo 3D? I have been working on the same issue for almost three months!!!!!! They use to be somewhat good when I bought the printer, but soon as the warranty is over, your done. I see the shelf life of a R2 is about 8 months. then the are crap. They sent me a refurbished printer and now it its doing the same thing as the one I sent back. The Ultimaker 3 Extended I have has very little issues. There support is on it within 2 hours not 2 weeks or 2 months later!!!!
